Dunes Village – DIP, Dubai (2008)

In this project, we successfully delivered a full scope of tile installation works, covering walls, floors, and wet areas with a focus on both functionality and aesthetic excellence.

Our team precisely installed wall tiles, creating a clean, durable finish that seamlessly aligned with the space’s overall design. The floor tiles were laid with accuracy to ensure a sturdy, visually appealing surface capable of withstanding daily foot traffic.

Special attention was given to the wet areas, where we expertly fixed both wall and floor tiles to provide water-resistant, long-lasting protection. Every phase of the tiling work was executed to the highest standards, enhancing the space’s elegance, durability, and practicality.

This project involved a comprehensive range of marble and granite installation services aimed at enhancing the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space. Our work included the meticulous installation of marble and granite flooring, offering a luxurious and durable surface well-suited for high-traffic areas.

We also executed high-quality marble wall cladding, which added a sleek and elegant finish to interior walls. Additional elements included the installation of marble steps, combining safety with refined design, and marble skirting to ensure a seamless transition between floors and walls.

Our team custom-fabricated and installed vanity counters, elevating the luxury of the bathroom spaces. We also completed granite ramp installations to ensure both accessibility and visual appeal.

By integrating marble and granite elements throughout the space, we achieved a sophisticated design that balances long-lasting durability with timeless elegance.

The Fairmont - Ajman Hotel

This project encompasses a diverse range of interior finishing tasks, including marble wall cladding, wooden vein flooring, multi-material skirting, tile flooring, and the installation of Botticino marble seating.

The marble wall cladding will deliver a refined and durable finish to the walls, enhancing the overall elegance of the space. Wooden vein flooring is chosen for its natural warmth and sophisticated appearance, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

Skirting will be crafted from various materials to create a clean, polished transition between walls and floors, complementing the overall design. Durable tile flooring—featuring both porcelain and ceramic—will be expertly laid to combine practicality with visual appeal.

A highlight of the project is the custom Botticino marble seating, which offers both function and a luxurious focal point within the space. Each element of the project demands precise planning and execution to ensure a harmonious, visually impressive final result.

Dubai Police Head Quarters – Al Awir (2015)

We successfully completed the marble installation works for the Dubai Police Headquarters Complex, encompassing both internal and external wall cladding. This high-profile project demanded exceptional precision and attention to detail, as we utilized premium-quality marble to enhance the building’s visual appeal and structural performance.

The internal cladding was thoughtfully executed to complement the building’s refined interior design, while the external cladding provided a bold, durable façade that stands up to environmental conditions. Labor Court - Dubai (2018)

After completing work on the Basement, Ground Floor, and 4th Floor, the next stage focuses on installing porcelain and ceramic tiles across the walls, floors, and staircases. Porcelain tiles are highly recommended for flooring because of their strength and resistance to moisture, while ceramic tiles are better suited for walls due to their lightweight nature and variety of designs. Staircases require anti-slip tiles to ensure safety along with aesthetic appeal.

A successful installation begins with proper surface preparation to ensure strong tile adhesion. Precise layout planning and accurate cutting around edges and obstacles are essential. Choosing the correct adhesive is also important—use cement-based adhesive for ceramic tiles and flexible adhesive for porcelain. After tiling, apply grout carefully and seal appropriately. Lastly, remove any excess grout and finish with clean, sharp lines to achieve a polished, professional, and durable result.

Sharjah International Airport-East Side

In the Sharjah Airport East Side Expansion project, we successfully completed a variety of tiling works that contribute to both the visual appeal and functionality of the space. Our scope included the installation of high-quality floor tiles, enhancing the overall look and usability of the area. We also carried out precise wall tile fixing, resulting in a sleek, modern finish that aligns with the project’s contemporary design. In addition, we installed tile skirting to deliver a clean, refined edge that adds to the professional appearance of the interiors. Together, these works have played a key role in elevating the elegance and durability of the airport’s expanded sections.

Atlantis The Royal – Palm Jumeirah

In this project, we undertook an extensive range of works, all executed with a strong commitment to precision, durability, and aesthetic quality. Our scope encompassed Marble Wall Cladding, Column Cladding, Arch Cladding, Steel Arch Work, Coping, and Framing Work—each of which played a vital role in shaping the project’s architectural identity.

The Marble Wall Cladding and Column Cladding were completed with careful attention to alignment and finish, providing a refined and sophisticated appearance that enhances the visual appeal of the interiors. The Arch Cladding and Steel Arch Work added structural character and architectural elegance, seamlessly blending form with function. Our team also completed detailed Coping and Framing Work, ensuring a cohesive transition between surfaces and reinforcing the integrity of the design.

American University of Sharjah

We have successfully completed the renovation of the Chemistry Building at the American University of Sharjah, delivering a high-quality upgrade that enhances both functionality and aesthetics. As part of the renovation, our team expertly installed porcelain floor tiles with careful attention to bedding on cement mortar, grouting, and precise alignment to ensure a smooth, durable, and long-lasting finish.

In addition to the flooring, we carried out intricate work on the staircase steps and landings, improving their safety, usability, and visual appeal. Skirting was also installed along the edges, contributing to a clean, refined, and cohesive appearance throughout the space. This comprehensive renovation has not only elevated the visual quality of the interiors but also strengthened the overall structural integrity of the building.

Aljada Block J-Phase 1 Muwaileh, Sharjah (2003)

As part of the Aljada project, we successfully completed the installation of terrazzo tile steps and landings, offering a robust and visually appealing solution ideal for high-traffic areas. In addition to this, our team expertly installed floor tiles throughout the space, ensuring a smooth, seamless finish that complements the overall design aesthetic.

We also carried out precise wall tile installation, resulting in a clean, cohesive look that ties the entire space together. Our team successfully executed a range of essential works with precision and expertise. We began with screeding, using a carefully measured mix of sand, cement, and specialized chemicals to create a durable, level foundation for the flooring system. Following this, we carried out the installation of marble wall cladding, adding both elegance and resilience to the interior surfaces.

Our specialists then completed the marble flooring installation, bringing a refined and luxurious aesthetic to the space. To finish, we installed marble coping, delivering a smooth, polished transition along the edges for improved visual continuity and functional design. We delivered a comprehensive range of flooring and tiling works, including floor tile installation, wall tile fixing, lobby refurbishment, and interlock paving. Our team skillfully installed floor tiles, creating a sleek, durable surface that elevates the visual appeal of the space while ensuring long-term resilience. Our scope also included internal and external CTS cladding, completed using stainless steel accessories and premium-grade adhesive to ensure a seamless and secure installation. In addition, our team carried out grouting and thorough cleaning, resulting in a smooth and refined appearance. We also undertook various other stone cladding works, such as the installation of façade elements and columns, which further enhanced the building’s aesthetic appeal and structural strength. Trojan Gen. Cont. Golf Villa

At Trojan Golf Villas, we skillfully executed the installation of stone flooring using the dry lay method, ensuring both precision and long-lasting durability. As part of this process, a premium-grade sealer was applied to enhance the stone’s resilience and protect it from daily wear and environmental factors. Our team also carried out meticulous grouting work to securely fix the stones in place, resulting in a smooth, cohesive, and refined finish.
